Welcome to the EducateNext Continuing Education (CE) Credit Guide. Follow the steps below based on your profession to ensure you successfully claim and receive your credits.

Genetic Counselors: NSGC CEU Credits

Value: 0.1 Category 1 NSGC CEU (1 contact hour) per webinar.

Prerequisite

You must have an active NSGC account to receive credit. If you do not have one, create it at www.nsgc.org.

Complete the Webinar Requirements

  • For Live Events: (1) View the webinar in its entirety, and (2) enter your NSGC ID# in the evaluation survey.
  • For On-Demand Events: (1) Watch the recorded session in full, (2) enter your NSGC ID# in the evaluation survey, and (3) pass the quiz with a score of 80% or higher (you have up to 3 attempts).

Understand the Official Credit Timeline

The EducateNext certificate you receive at the end of a webinar is for your personal records only—it is not your official NSGC CEU credit. Official credits and Proof of Completion are uploaded directly to your NSGC account in mid-December. You will not see these credits in your account before then.

Need a Retroactive Correction? If your submission data was incorrect or missing after the December distribution cycle, please Contact Us with the exact Webinar Title, the Date You Streamed the event, and your NSGC ID#.

Lab Professionals: P.A.C.E.® Credits

Value: 1.0 P.A.C.E.® contact hour per webinar.

Prerequisite

You must have an active ASCLS CE Organizer account. If you do not have one, create it at ceorganizer.ascls.org.

Complete the Webinar Requirements

  • For Live Events: (1) View the webinar in its entirety, and (2) enter your NSGC ID# in the evaluation survey.
  • For On-Demand Events: (1) Watch the recorded session in full, (2) enter your NSGC ID# in the evaluation survey, and (3) pass the quiz with a score of 80% or higher (you have up to 3 attempts).

Retrieve Your Session Code

Following completion of the post-webinar evaluation survey you will gain access to a unique P.A.C.E.® Session Code.

Claim Your Official Credit in ASCLS

You must manually log the P.A.C.E.® Session Code into the ASCLS system to get your official credit:

  1. Log in to the ASCLS CE Organizer.
  2. Navigate to the "Other P.A.C.E.® Programs" section.
  3. Search for Ambry Genetics (Program 367).
  4. Enter your P.A.C.E.® Session Code.

Tracking & Processing Time

Your official credits will appear in your ASCLS CE Organizer account within one week of submitting your P.A.C.E.® Session Code. (Note: The EducateNext Certificate is for your personal records only—it is not your official CE credit.)
